Just a regular t shirt nothing amazing about it. Def not my go to for the gym. Not sweat resistant at all.

I love the material of this shirt. It��s really soft and feels like high quality. I could have gone with either L or XL depending on how you want it to fit. When I initially got it I felt maybe I should have went with the large for a more cropped fit. But after one wash I do think it did shrink just a little (no dramatic shrinkage, just a little bit which was perfect for me).
